When booking an appointment for the spa, all guests will be asked to leave a credit card number to reserve their appointment.  In the event you need to cancel or change the appointment, you must do so at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time. Failure to do so will result in a 100% charge of the price of the service(s) plus a 15% gratuity automatically billed to your credit card.
